Yes, with the exception of underwear, earrings and hair items. Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels. Keep in mind the following special conditions for some of our articles: • Swimwear: it must include the hygiene sticker. • Accessories: they will have to be returned with their complete original packaging and without handling. • Fragrances and beauty collection: they must be returned in the same original packaging, sealed. • Packs: they are indivisible and the articles must be returned all the articles in the original packaging. Party dresses and discounted garments DO NOT HAVE EXCHANGE, but they do have a guarantee.
Via FedEx. Orders taken on the weekend or holidays are shipped the next business day. Cundinamarca and/or Bogotá –> Normally your order is delivered the next day. National Level Colombia –> Normally from 1 to 2 days after your order is delivered.
