If you have a problem with the quality of the garments, and no more than a month has passed after your purchase, you can go to one of our stores to start the guarantee process. This garment will go through quality control, it will take us a maximum of 10 business days to respond to the change. In the event of defects in the quality or suitability of the goods purchased through the Site, the legal guarantee may be used in the terms stipulated in these terms and conditions. For it to be appropriate to make changes, it is required that the object of the contractual obligation has been defective or useless for normal use. In order for the changes to proceed, it is required that it be requested within a month from the receipt of the good, in case of manufacturing, elaboration, materials deficiency or in case it is not entirely suitable for the use or consumption for which it is intended. In the event that the term to deliver the product expires, when the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, or when it corresponds to an unsolicited operation, the Clients will have the right to request the resolution or termination of the contract, and obtain a note credit for the value of the purchase without any withholding or discount. Said credit note will be valid for thirty (30) calendar days. For the issuance of the credit note to proceed, the product subject to change must be at the facilities of Ropa Hermosa Mujer; for this, the client must notify the customer service area of Ropa Hermosa Mujer of his intention to return the product within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the initial purchase, Ropa Hermosa Mujer must receive the product and validate that it is in the exchange conditions required by the company: The product must be unused, with labels, in perfect condition and must have the original packaging in the event that the defect of the good could have been detected at first view, such as when it is a color, model or size different from the one requested. After the first 3 days from the receipt of the product, no changes will be made when the reasons are attributable to tastes or personal appreciation of the Customer.
Unless the Site specifically indicates something different in relation to a product, the products that are commercialized there will have a 30-day guarantee. USE OF PERSONAL DATA REGISTERED ON THE SITE
The only registration of the Client in the Site will be the express, informed and previous acceptance for the access, file, and use of the Client’s information granted through the Site, including but not limited to his personal information and sensitive data, by Ropa Hermosa Mujer and third parties authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
